B/D S-10 differences between 18s and 20s...

Im just wondering what all is the difference between running 18s and 20s up front on an S10 with 3.5 b/d, i already have everything cut to lay with 18s, if i wanted to run 20's up front what all do i have to do? I know i have to tub the firewall a good bit also...
