Need Welder In Washington

hey i need a person that can weld a roll pan on for me, my tail gate shut, and then fill the wholes where my door handles used to be. i dont have a lot of money but i will see what i can come up with, if you can do it for me that would be so awsome!! i live in lynnwood washington, it is about 20 min north of seattle. i will get the roll pan and any other materials you need before hand for me to do it!
