alight. Anyone else have the airlift engine driven compressor? I think they're like a york 208...
Airlift is pissing me off. On the fill fitting and the intake fitting of the compressor there used to be two bolts, one on each side of it, now they've switched to single bolts.
I've installed 4 of this so far since january, and all of them fucking leak. I never had a problem with the double pinch bolts.
I've been making gaskets for them with RTV silicone, and i don't like it.
The other two 'older' models i installed worked flawlessly.
I complained to airlift on their message board and they said...
"we've never had a problem or heard of one..."
And then they banned me.
How pleasent of them eh?
Anyone else have this problem?
