how can i bypass security on eclipse reciever?

Is there any way to bypass the security disc on an eclipse reciever? cd 3412

i bought this eclipse deck and i find out that i have to have a security disc for it to work when i plug it in, i called their 1800 number and its 25$ + shipping to have it sent in and a new security disc made which i think is total bullsh*t.
