Still checking around, who has redrilled their front hubs on dakotas? Looking to have mine redrilled however machinist talking about turning away due to dakota hubs are cast iron and don't want the liability. I've had a few mazda hubs redrilled with no problems. Also noticed in new MT the blue quad cab is FINALLY featured but not any good information is posted about it!!! Like redrilling, narrowing the rear end if they z'd the front end, etc..??? To get it body dropped that far with a 318 under the hood and no holes with a stock floor body drop. There gotta be ALOT more done then just new frame rails!!! I was actually kinda bummed about that write up. Anyone know how to contact the owner of that quad cab? My hubs and axles are off now trying to locate a machine shop and going in for narrowing also. Then this winter going to cut into it for a complete overhaul!!!
Would like to visit with the owner of that blue quad cab to swap some info!!!
