I gotta question reguarding Zing the frame. What procedures or how you keep things lined up square while and after dropping the frame? Usually frame Zing I seen pictures of doing it is with everything intaked. Like the engine, steering shaft, tranny, drive line, yada yada yada. What tricks ya use to keep the front end from shifting too much (falling off), or does keeping the tranny hooked onto the engine help keep from the front end from falling when cutting the rails and dropping it? I definately want to keep the frame squared up during the Zing procedure, just curious of what others have done, besides grind, draw a verticle line with reattaching tic marks and sawzall away.

Kinda curious cause I'm thinking of Zing the front of my dakota the entire distance of the stock floor drop, then cut off the bottom portion of the frame, (reinforse but not have to move the body mounts), and reinforse the frame up with 2x3 tubing and fab in new xmembers and lift the tranny back up along with retunneling... Was just curious of maybe trying it this route?
