leaks im fed up with them

ok we all get tank leaks from time to time but i sware mine are caused by deamons that know when i dont have time to fix them shit

what is a sure fire way to rid your self of tank leaks right now im useing high presure propane teflon on all the tank realted joints and im still geting them like every six months

what do ya'll do
