need to lay frame

I'm tuckin 22s on my 03' Chevy Silverado 1500 ext and I need to cut out the front fender wells. Do I need to extend all the wires when I'm moving the fuse box, computer, and reservoir around, and if so how much is reasonable for a shop to do it? What else do I need to move and hack away at to get these 9.5" wide wheels to fit?Sorry I don't have any good pics of my engine compartment.

I also got a problem in the back, I want to raise the bed floor but I had it line-x coated so will that cause any problems, what do I need to do to work around that?
