For the accord people on air

Im thinkin of trading in my avenger and getting a 2000 accord. I have all the stuff to put it on air, but have one concern. Some people have told me that the accords of that stlye do not do well either lowered or on air or what not. I was told that they are heavy and it puts alot of strain on the suspension. I have Brislands mac air cylinders, i know they are strong, but i do not want to put pressure or damage any other parts of the suspension. any help would be great. thanks
