What is this called?

I didnt know where else to put this, but i figured the graphic design guys would know. I need to know what the computer instrument that has a pad, and a stylus. It quite a bit larger than a PDA, and would be used for things such as drawings, ect. This is used on a desktop pc/laptop. Any idea what the correct name for them are, and possibly where to find one?
