Air Problem

ok well my car is sitting of course in the shop getting redone. well it leaked air over night in the the rear drivers side..no biggie does that occassionaly. well down there tonight we leaned on the trunk for a sec and it dropped. not a whole whole lot but way enough to feel it and see it what could cause this prob? leak? or what
