Off with the crust and drop the bitch

Can someone Help me out. I want to bodydrop a turkey and cheese sandwich. What do I need to do. I've done vehicles but never any food yet and I don't want to ruin it due to the extreme tastiness of the sandwich. I'm confused because there's no frame under it.

Also want to shave the crusts for that smooth look. Could this hurt the strength of the structure.

I need to get this done soon so it doesn't go stale. Thanks
