Well I think its finally dead

I think the motor in my truck is finally cooked...i checked and changed almost everything you can think of. Computer, Plugs, wires, ign. coil, pick up coil, cap, rotor, fuel filters, fuel pump, exhaust, timing, distributor, and it just wont start. Only thing I havent done yet is pop the valve cover off to check the valves out, but probably like everything else its gonna just be a waste of my time and probably only gonna piss me off more...say a prayer or do what ever it is you do....its done.
