Wireing Help

I know i posted this is nissan forums bu maybe it will get more of an attraction here.. have a question that i could really use some Help on, I have a 92 hardbody ext cab, When I bought the truck the blinkers were not w0rkin but the flashers w0rked and there was an alarm hooked up to the truck, I took out my dash and my speedomter becasue iam going to do the newer dash swap and took out the alarm and spliced the wires back togather, now my lights on my speedometer do not work, the p,n,d,r,d1,d2 lights dont light up, the brake light does not come on, the high beams light does not come on, and the blinkers still do not work and i spliced the wires togather for the sidemarkers for the blinkers to work and light up but the blinker is not workin on them, also when i turn the turn signal on the relay switch noise that you are suppose to hear, the clickin noise, does not come on

Any suggestions? Thanks
