Fastest possible 4-cylinder engine??

I was just wondering, if any of u guys new what some of the fastest 4-cylinder engines were?? Like i know the JDM Silvia SR20DET comes stock in the like mid 200 Hp's but ive heard of it bein hooked up 2 push more than 400 Hp, and like the Lancer Evo, supposedly with a supercharger, can produce around 500 Hp?? Not sure if the lancer thing is true, but im sure one of u guys knows?? So which is the fastest possible 4-cylinder engine u guys know about??
