Bondo and powdercoat

I am pretty much finished with what I am going to do on my frame. Now I want to get it sand blasted then powedercoated. I was wondering if anyone knows if poewdercoat will stick to or work on bondo? I want to use bondo to help smooth any scratches or minor defects in the frame after I get it back from the sand blaster.
