my first chop and i have questions

i'm alomst finished with my first chop and i would like to know how to change the color of the car or truck because i would like to make my truck a dark escalade silver or gray. Also in ms pain you have a fill tool is there one of these in photoshop and if so where is it? and how do you post pics so i can show my chops?
