Has anyone heard of these?

I have a 95 hardbody and when I bought it it came with these valves already on it they are called Engersol Rams and I had person tell me they are expensive like $150 per valve? When I put nitrogen on them they stick alittle bit I was just wondering do any of yall run these and why do you think they are sticking?
