Bending 2x2 and 2x3 with no kinks

I see a few people in the scene with bent square and rectangular rails without sidewall kinks. 2x2 and 2x3 tubing, I live in Missouri and I can't seem to find anyone to bend without kinking that will do small production numbers that I can afford. Does anyone out there have anyone they know of in the country that will do it, or have any advice on what machines to look for and what wall thickness is max etc??? I noticed a BioKustumz Tacoma with Bent rails, so I might call them next week. But i'd rather go straight threw a fab shop then pay markup.. Thanks guys. -Justin
