How to adjust projector part of Angel eyes/Halo headlights

Now I am having problems with the projector part of my headlights. Now the passenger side is coming on and then going off. And I havent figured out how to adjust the bastards yet. They are both aimed strait down and I can't see but like 10-15 feet in front of me.
