Just a few shots of a yota we're working on thats nearing completion.
He brought us the cando reverse 4 link, and we told him we wouldnt install it reverse so I made it work as best as I could forwards. The geometry isnt as ideal as I'd like it to be, but best I could do with the bar lengths we had, and he wanted as much under the bed as possible...

The blue looks alot worse in pics then it does in person.

So we are starting to plumb it and wire it now. Sorting out the brake lines (Thanks to seth for the PV). We're waiting on a custom stainless fuel cell with compressor mounts built in, all built to stay under the floor behind the tank. I'll post more pics when its all finished up.

Its just set up to lay front crossmember. Tubbing and Zing didnt really fit the 3K budget (which included all the parts but the 4 link and 2 front bags)

I think it looks sick, the x-member is a nice design, and the powdercoat looks great.

But now for an offtopic question.....since your in winnipeg, have you seen this truck around ?....It went there to get bagged and BD'd. Its my old truck, and Im just curious to see some pictures of the work.

Yeah man. That truck has changed hands alot of times now. Do you even know where it is anymore? Its been here for a long time.
As far as I know it was at Low Life Customs..LLC went under for awhile then started back up as a division of FOY Performance. They had some work done on it, but going about things really strange. (s10 spindles and rear end when a yota setup would have been 100X easier) Then FOY went under. We ended up with one of the truck that was there for work. Kevin went to work at Motion Performance but that Mazda never went there with him. Last I heard it was sitting in his dads garage untouched for the last year at least. You are getting f*cked dude. I don't see it getting done anytime soon and I;d hate to know what you've paid already but as far as I know, its nowhere near finished. I dont know why you sent it to Wpg to get worked on anyways, but whoever you did send it to be worked on by, probably has been out of the picture for awhile.

nah man, aint my truck no more.....I sold it to a buddy of mine, and the owner of LLC was a friend of his.....so when it changed over to FOY performance I know things got kinda messed up. I dont know why they used the s10 rear end and such, and I heard the truck was in the guys dads place. Ive just been kinda curious over the years what happened to it. I keep trying to convince my buddy to load up the truck and trailer and just go get it, but that never seems to happen. Im going to be out there this year for your guys show, and I'd like to see that bitch get dragged back to the coast.

Looks good Joel.

I'd tell your buddy to get it to somewhere that will finish it then. Kevin talked about just getting us to finish it but nothing ever came of it. I heard this week he quit his current job to open his own shop again so who knows. He was bringing friends in to work on the mazda when it did get worked on anyways.

They used an s10 rear and spindles because thats what happens when people who dont build minitrucks try to build a minitruck. All the work done is done well, but no reason for it.

Sorry i misread your orginal post. I didnt see where you said it was your old truck.

That looks just like my truck

Figured I'd update this thread with some pics.
We had a custom cell mad to fit under the box. Its about 3" off the ground, So I built a 1x1 cage under it to keep it safe. The cage hits with the front up back down but no big deal. I think it worked out killer. Definetly one of my favorite installs to do yet...
