what kind of wheel is this?

I was cruising on the highway and saw this Buick cruising with bag ass chrome cereal bowls. Later I saw it going by and snapped a shot of the wheel. They look kind of plain sitting still, but spinning they look cool, like an 18 inch parabolic mirror. You can see the inverted image in the picture. Anyway, redrilling and want to look at these as a possible choice, but I need to know what they are...
