Ok, here goes. First off i know im an idiot. Well in June, i got a ticket for "Unsafe Lane Changing" in City of Shenandoah. I went to court, and recieved Differed Adjudication, which included probation for 90 days, and i could not get a ticket within that time period or that offense goes on my record. Well, August 8, i was having a bad day and to top it off, i wasn't paying attention to how fast i was going, and got pulled over and slapped a ticket for 44 in a 35 in Harris County. Do you know if, since i got the tickets in different county's, will the speeding one still affect my differed adjudication?? And also, i hear people saying all the time to reschedule ur court date and if the cop doesnt show up the ticket is dismissed. Well, ive been to court a few times and ive never seen the cops there. Its just a court room, with like 30 people, the judge comes out, individually speaks with everyone and asks them what they want to do, and thats that. but ive never seen the cop there sharing his side of the story?? What is that about?? Any help?? thanx guys!!
