After-Dealer Warranty

I am looking to buy a new car, but the Vette I am looking at doesn't have any warranty left. I contacted several after-dealer places, and found a good deal at AceWarranty.com. Has anyone had any experience with these guys? I am trying to make sure I don't get ripped off...
