pros/cons on 1994 Ford Ranger Splash

What's up yall? I am getting back into mini truckin' and i want a few pros/cons on a 1994 Ford Ranger Splash. It is white, single cab,133k , MSD Blaster Coil, Taylor Plug Wires, JBA Chrome Headers, Lays Frame , 4-wheel independent control , vi-air 380 chrome compressor 200psi , 1/2" lines , rear tail gate skin roll pan combo (not pictured) 96-98 civic buckets mb quart speakers FIBERNETICS HARD-BED COVER (not pictured). I am getting it for right around $3,500. Is that good? there should be a picture below if not.. i'll post again... let me know what yall think. me and a buddy (low mazda) will be changing somethings on it. we will be at ScrapFest 24-26 CANT WAIT TO
