3 link?

hey guys, im somewhat new to bags...ive never had a bagged truck but ive been reading everything i could to learn all about bags since i was like 14 and im 18 now. im getting ready to bag my 03 ford f150 super crew. i talked to a guy at a local shop and he said that he would use a 3 link with a wishbone in the back. is this a good setup for my truck? i want to do side to side also. can someone just give me a little more info on this kind of setup. i know everything about 4 links and 2 links but i havent heard much about a three link with wishbone. will i get good lift? any help is greatly appreciated. sorry for the long post.
