Okay, This one goes out to all you expert fiberglassers. I have included a picture of the rear of my car. the only one I could find on the computer here at work I have already photoshoped to fix the problem but I think I can describe the problem though. It is a common problem with cavaliers because I know three other guys that its doing it on. They havn't been able to fix thiers though....
its a fiberglas kit and everything lines up just fine everywhere else, however in the middle of the bumpr there is a very harsh dip that goes down and totaly screws up the body lines. its probably a 2" dip so you can emagine my dismay with it. Any ideas on how to fix this? I have tried trip off some of the stuff under the bumper thinging something was making it get tight. but no change. I can get my finger back behind the dip and pull it up but its really tight and it goes right back down. I think what I might be able to do it cut sort of a V out of the spot in the bumer where it is and refiberglass that area so that it come up level again. Will this work you think? any help woul dbe great. thanks in advance guys.
