can someone chop this for me?

I have got photoshop but cant do sjit on it so can someone help me out? I want to paint the car gloss black instead of flat black and want to make the white inside the trim red, and maybe some all chrome 14" spokes, thanks and hope somebody is bored enough to help me out!!
