is this a good deal ???

ok a shop said he would hook me up on some parts. he said he would give me 4-GCSMC 1/2" valves, 6gallon Chrome tank, 35 ft of 1/2" air line, 145 psi pressure switch, 80 amp solenoid, and a FBSS fitting kit . he said he would give me every thing for $335.00 . is this a good deal?
