They seem to be popping up all over. For those of you that havnt seen them, Lexani has introduced a 22" wheel with the front design measuring up to 27" across. The Wheel comes on a 305-40-22 Tires. Any way you slice it, its a 22" wheel. Thats like saying my Rims are NOT 18's yet they are 19.5's on a 215-35-18 tire. Here is some more math for ya : Tire Diameter 305-40-22 is 31.6" , a 305-35-24 is 32.4", a 305-30-26 is 33.2" and a 325-35-28 is 36.95" larger. Each one of these tires is getting larger in size as the overall wheels increases in size. So, If the 22 *cough*27" wheel is really a 27 why isn't the tire bigger than a 26"? Here is some easier math for some of ya . 26" wheel&tires deal is 9500$ while the 22/27's are $5500. Also, you can even ask lexani and they will tell you that they DO NOT sell a 27" wheel, its 22" with an outer measurement of 27 "s. Good marketing by Lexani, bad math by some. PS> im not hatin the wheels, they serve a purpose and look, they are not 1 inch smaller then a 28"
