Linked Rear?

Is it possible to 4 Link a rear end of a civic? Or would I be better off fabbing new rear a-arms and tie rods? I seen Bill's sentra (CLNSHVNNDRAGGN or however you spell it x and it was linked, by the picture I couldn't tell how or where he put it, but is it possible with a honda? I was thinking of measuring it up and having Jason from SD make one for me, but I was wondering what all is invovled?
