Re-programming a 4.3L after added horse

I want more horse out of my 4.3. So far i got a airaid intake, mass air flow sensor, 8.5mm spark plugs, some royal purple, throttle body spacer, and a aftermarket thermostat. With all this its very litte difference and i dropped alot of money on it. When you do all this stuff, do you have to take it to the dealership and get your computer re-programmed. I mean i'd pay them exspecially if its cheaper then buying a hypertech programmer. Does that make since, more horse added and you need to re-program your computer? Will the dealership do that?
