98 T-100 converted to a Tacoma front clip?

Hey guys my buddy has a 98 T-100 and was wondering if it would be possible to convert his front end over to a newer style Tacoma. If so what parts would he need such as maybe the fenders, hood, grille, rad-support? anything at all. And how much would he be lookin at spending for all this? Thanks in advance!
