found a deal on a truck.....

Hey guys, I have finaly found a truck that I think I am going to get as a project. I can get it for $300. its a 91 extended cab, not 4x4. v6 engine. I havn't seen the truck but my friend who turned me on to it says that it runs with cold AC and the engine has all maint. with new tires. It has been wrecked in the side. around the fender and door. so that will all probably need to be replaced. Hey said that the Dash is kinda pushed up inside so I am guessing that the firewall is bent or maybe even the floor too. Any ideas how hard this is to repair. Its going to be the kind of project that I learn a lot on. I plan on going all out with it. BD shave it all, notching it. the works. Does this seem like a goood deal for a project of this manor? The guy just wants to dump it. I figure for 300 bucks I could atleast sell the thing for parts. Anyways I will watch for responces guys.
