Who makes custom wheel tubs?

I want to get a set of wheel tubs made for my noma. I know jegs, and summit sells them but theirs have lines and stuff on them. I want them to be all smooth with no lines made from 16 gauge metal. I also know about tractor supply stores selling trailer fenders but they are not wide enough and I don't want to buy two for each wheel and weld them together. I am looking for someone who custom builds them to my measurements that I provide. I want them to go over the tire and the notch.
