air bagged front end alignment?

just wondering if an air bagged front end could be aligned at the lowest possible until tire is to the fender or half way tuked? I have an F150 framed on 20s. The frontend has lower control arms and the top of the bag is mounted to the top of the frame, the shocks are mounted from the top of the frame to the bottom of the lower control arm. This is a daily driver and I like to drive it as low as possible but the front wheels butterfly a lot. ???
