Walmart welder????

Hokay, so Im wandering around walmart, and I happened to see a MIG/FLUX welder for $275.00, i opened the box to be nosey and saw that it came with the gun, a spool and a regulator for a bottle. Question is does anyone have this welder and if so is it any good? I figured for that price, i may have to hit some people up for X-mas, cuz im a cheap bastard.
