Cranking Torsion Bars

I'm about to go and do a simple on my truck, gonna put 3 inch blocks in the back crank the torsion bars up front. Now when I have it in the air on stands can someone or you actually watch say the top of your rotor move up? I just wanna do a 2inch drop, how many revolutions must I do?
