working on a budget

well im on a budget like most of us and im looking at getting 2 12s and an amp to power them both. i want it to hit hard but clean and be loud but clear. i can settle in the middle or just a little to one side and i know this means sacrificing some clarity or volume. so what can i get in the 350 to 450 range and then from the 450 to 550 range. and i have a feeling ill hear from the sonic fx guy but has anyone else heard of these or heard them. thanks for the help
