switchin 02 4x2 valance to a 4x4 valance

i have a 02 taco with the standard i seeen the 4x4 looks alitttle more aggressive lookin and was wonderin if u have to change the whole bumper or just the lower valance and if so where i can get a goood deal on one also are they the same height as the 4x2 valance
