Using other brand primers with HOK paints

Wondering if anybody uses other brand primers with HOK paints... like say im using a urethane system. use say ppg or dupont urethane primer, n then hok colors n hok clear.

or can't i use for instance acrylic lacquer primer, KOSEAL with HOK kosealer n then work with my HOK paints.?? I'd read the tech sheets over n over, but it doesn't say about using other brand names as in the primer coats. im sure somebody has messed with it before
