whats involved in the updating of a sonoma grill/headlights?

i bought a real clean gmc sonoma and i dont like the recessed headlights or the grill. anybody know what all is involved in the update from the grill i have now which is this:



i want to update to this newer grill with the flush composite headlights.



i will probably go with the envoy front bumper also, but as of right now i just need to know what modifications (if any) will need to be done to bolt this new grill and headlight assembly in place. Thanks for any feedback
