valves

i have a question. right now i have 1/2 gc 250psi valves and i think that they are too fast and i wanna get something slower. i also had a problem with one of the valves leaking. i want to know if anyone has used aim's 3 way valves or if they are any good cause that is what i am considering. if not what valves are good and slow that wont leak.
