Ignition locked up help!!

i guess i put this here. My ignition locked up completely the other day. Now the key wont turn at all. I ordered a new ignition but you have to have the key to acc. to get the pin in the bottom to go up so i can take it out. Anyone got any pointers on how to get my ignition out? I'm thinkin bout using a dremel and grinding that pin out. Then i should be able to pull it out right? Someone HELP!

By the way my truck is a 92 if that matters.

have yo wiggled the wheel around?is they steering wheel locked? if so and you have done so try it

Ok i just got my old ignition out. Boy i wish it was just the wheel locked up. Everything was completely locked up. So i had to use a dremel to grind out the pin in the bottom completely. The new one slid right in after that.
