how do you stop windows from automatically downloading new updates? I'm on cable so im connected all the time and the updates download themselves and this little globe pops up in the toolbar and it wont go away unless you install the freakin update...well 2 times now, my comp has messed up because of installing new updates so i would love to turn them off if i can.
