Can someone photoshop my truck?

I would like to see what my truck will look like layed out with 20" wheels, shaved handles, tail lights, and if you can chop the top 2-3 inches. If you want to use a pic of the rear shave the tail lights and put C5 tail lights across the top of the tailgate. Use a pic from my profile if anybody's bored and wants something to do.
