vss wire in a 86 toyota pickup

is there a vss wire on a 86 toyota pickup i need to know if there is i dont think there is but i figured someone on here would know any info would be good thanx

I think there is one they used one wiring harness for both the 22r and 22re cause I know a 84 had fuel injection but no part stores recgonize it....dude I got a chiltons at the house why dont you stop being lazy and come over and look..

I doesnt exist in these trucks... are you installing navigation, or cruise control?

Toyota trucks did not have a vss wire until the mid-late 90's

it is for navi so all my components will work

you can get a speed pulse generator from pioneer i believe... this is what you would use on an older car or truck for speed pulse.-

this one would work great also... you mount the sensor very close to the wheel, and theres a magnet that goes on the whlle to trigger it... one wire to ground, the other wire to your navi!
