Door Popper Problem

I popped the passanger side door open today(shaved and has poppers of course) then the latch locks itself and i try to pop it unlocked........basically end up taking the door apart and taking the latch out. Get it to unlock. Now my problem is that the popper and everythings hooked back up BUT now the door wont pop open or anything!? the popper is hooked up just like it was but it wont do shit! anyone have this problem before?!?!
