Halloween?

Iam on a budget so what are some cheap Ideas for a Halloween Custome? I saw that thred but those were a bit extreme for me...I have about 15bucks to do this all of my other money is for beer/new truck/ still waiting on my check from work. Iam trying to stay away from the no shirt Idea too cause Iam fat and dont want to scare away the ladys...lol...so what would be something I could be thats easy but cool at the same time...Ive thought about this for weeks and havent come up with anything.
