squeaking noise?

right now im monoleafed with 4" blocks, so when i try to ride pretty low itll ride ok untill i let off the gas, or go to shift it makes a loud screaching or squealing noise, but it doesnt do it when im above a certain height. ive looked for anything that might rub, i put tape on everything that was close, nothing rubbed that i could find. anyone got any ideas? im hoping a 2link will fix it, but itll suck if i get it linked and the noise doesnt stop.
